ChargePro Charging Station gets a Solar Panel

We are very excited to announce that Advanced Technology Research has installed a solar panel to two of our ChargePro Charging Stations in Bethesda, Maryland!

This is the first installation of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic region and we are so proud and happy to be a part of this moment.  Governor O'Malley will speak at the unveiling event on Monday August 8, 2011.

Arlington, VA Installs First EV Charging Station!

Potomac Overlook Regional Park is home to Arlington, Virginia's first electric vehicle charging station! Delegate Robert Brink, Arlington County Board member, Mary Hynes, SemaConnect spokeswoman, Naly Yang, and Martin Ogle, Chief Naturalist, spoke about legislation and energy plans.

The unveiling was held at the park's 26th Annual Potomac Overlook Open House & Heritage Festival. Guests enjoyed food, exhibits, and got to see the Chevy Volt, 2012 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid, Smart EV, Ford Ranger and Pedego electric bicycle.

We Installed 2 ChargePro Charging Stations in Westminster, MD!

SemaConnect, a leading developer and producer of wireless networked electric vehicle charging stations, today announced the installation of two ChargePro charging stations for Black Oak Associates at their College Square shopping center location in Westminster, Maryland.  The charging stations are available to the general public to recharge any of the new mass-market electric vehicles just beginning to enter the marketplace, such as the Nissan Leaf and Chevy Volt.
